2014 February BIRCHBOX – Unboxing

BIRCHBOX

This month Birchbox teamed up with US Weekly’s editors to bring us products  they have handpicked. The verdict on this box is 100% – I literally can and will use everything this go around. The fact still remains –

“Products I don’t use will be combined into a GIVEAWAY. Why not? I don’t like wasting things, but anyway.”

BIRCHBOX

Fav in the BOX: Juicy Couture | Couture La La Malibu Deep Conditioner (full size $72)

Viva La Juicy is one of my favorite scents. I saw a sniff ad in a magazine last month and surprise surprise; here’s a sample.

Birchbox Breakdown

The Beach Boys wished we could all be California girls. And though that might not be a reality, Juicy Couture has at the very least delivered a fragrance that embodies the casual glam of the sunny West Coast. Feminine and bold, this sweet citrus blend will have you California dreaming about a laidback day in the sand along the Malibu coastline.

How it Works

Makes you smell good – duh!
Bright notes of mandarin orange blend with sweet, sparkling sugar to create a fun and fresh fragrance for the warm summer months and beyond. Don’t be surprised to find yourself channeling your inner luxe L.A. girl.

The rest of the BOX:
  • AYERS barsoap (full size $10) – Patagonia scented! Well the blend is jasmine, lavender, ylang-ylang and fir. Not my ideal scents BUT it is made from shea/ coconut butter and olive oil.
  • Miracle Skin Transformer Face Spotlight SPF 20 (full size $48) – Another goodun for the summer. It’s a very light moisturizer and the SPF is a plus.
  • Agave Healing Oil Treatment (full size $40)- More hair stuffs! Can’t really use this until my twists are out but will definitely be using it as an after wash leave in.
  • OPI Sheer Tints Color-Tinted Top Coat (full size $9) – Uhh was mine supposed to be tinted? I just received the good old amber top coat that dries clear, which is fine by me.
I say this box was better than January’s.
