Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lbs russet potatoes
  • ¾ cup half & half
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Wash and scrub potatoes. Place into pot with cold salted water. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain and mash in pot.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter.
  • Stir in heat half & half, and measured seasonings.
  • Combine mixture with the cooked potatoes.
  • Serve immediately.
