Mashed Potatoes
An easy, fluffy side dish that will be ready in no time!

- 2-3 lbs russet potatoes
- ¾ cup half & half
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 dash nutmeg
Wash and scrub potatoes. Place into pot with cold salted water. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
Drain and mash in pot.
In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in heat half & half, and measured seasonings.
Combine mixture with the cooked potatoes.
Serve immediately.
